Delphin DUNAY Carp 300cm/200g/2 parts

When developing and designing this rod, we drew inspiration from carp fishing in The Danube Delta, where these are typically caught from a boat at a short distance. That’s why we named it Dunay Carp and equipped it with specific features adapted to this style of fishing.  The conical blank is made of densely laid carbon fibres to increase strength and durability for fights with powerful fish. At the end of the blank, there is a fluo green tip for better bite detection that balances the rod action.  The rod is fitted with a double foot SIC guides built for the most extreme conditions. Despite being so robust and sturdy, the rod is very lightweight and balanced for precise casting without issues, even with a heavy casting weight.   The reel seat with a special shape provides a comfortable grip and a secure place for a reel. The short handle was designed for improved manipulation with the rod, even in a limited space of a boat. The end of the handle is coated in an anti-slip shrink material for a better grip.
