When developing Bolonex, we reached for high-quality guides with SIC inserts to keep the weight low. Ceramic inserts ensure smooth passage of the line for a quick reaction to hook the fish precisely in the right moment. A reliable reel seat with a quick attachment system can hold any reel suitable for float fishing. All components used in this rod were carefully selected in order to reduce the weight—a feature you’ll definitely appreciate when you fish for several hours, cast, or fight the fish. BOLONEX comes with a plastic tip guard to protect your tips and guides during transport. The compact dimensions when folded also contribute to overall comfort when transporting the rod. Given the fact that the telescopic rod consists of multiple parts and ferrules, the whole length of the rod can vary up to 3% in comparison with the indicated length.
