The Delphin WOBBY TROUT-SH is a compact floating wobbler, designed primarily for fishing for trout, perch, chub, barbel, and asp. The striking pulsating action shows even when retrieved slowly, with the vibrations capable of attracting the attention of fish in still waters or in the winding sections of rivers and streams.
The optimal body proportions ensure the lure runs smoothly even in strong currents, where the wobbler retains its natural action. It can be guided smoothly with the current, against the current or across it, making it easy to adapt to the nature of the fishing spot. It is also very effective to cast the lure beneath overhanging banks or towards hard-to-reach spots, where it can then be guided through the current.
With a maximum diving depth of one metre, it is ideal for fishing in shallower areas near the bank, as well as in currents, rapids, pools, around rocks, and in coastal hiding spots. When the retrieve is paused, it begins to rise towards the surface, making it easier to navigate submerged obstacles while also creating a change in movement that can provoke a fish to strike.
The sophisticated finish and colour scheme improve the lure’s attractivity. The lure also contains a rattle to attract fish, particularly in poor light conditions, in murky water, or in waves or rapids.
The wobbler is fitted with high-quality connecting rings and a pair of sharp single barbless hooks. This design is gentler on the fish, makes it easier to remove it, and makes the lure suitable for waters where the use of barbless hooks is compulsory. You’ll appreciate the reduced risk of snagging when removing the lure from the landing net, or when fishing near aquatic vegetation or submerged branches.
