The rotor is fitted with brushes that help to prevent the line from slipping under the spool. The spool itself is mounted on a thick axle and the Quick Drag adjustment knob ensures that no drag will go out. Thanks to this knob you can immediately stop the drag from going out with just half of a turn. Besides the Quick Drag adjustment knob the package also contains a Slow Drag adjustment knob. On the rear of the body you will find a big anti-reverse lever with very comfortable handling. The metal handle can be used by both left or right handers. The hallmark of exclusivity is provided by a wooden handle knob in subtle dark tones. These tones dominate the whole reel. The combined colours of matte black and matte metallic titanium make this model a wonderful companion for everyone who loves subtle tones. The icing on the cake is the option to combine spools. An EXYL reel that has a body size of 70 can be used with any spool marked “Y” that we offer. On the other hand, the bigger model (body size 80), will be compatible with all spools marked “X”. Thanks to this, the spool selection process is very simple and intuitive.
