The umbrella seams are sealed with a waterproof tape to keep out 100% of the moisture during heavy rain. For better stability, the umbrella is fitted with four guy ropes. In addition, the prolonged sides are attached to the top by a quality zip. The lower part of the sides has grommets that can be staked to the ground by pegs (included in package).
