It is made from a ribbed fleece material, which makes it warm enough to be worn as a top layer during the warmer months, or in conjunction with other layers during the winter. It is very comfortable to wear, with a high quality zip and draw string hook, along with hand-warmer pockets. It fits snugly enough to retain body heat, but isn’t tight enough to restrict movement such as casting.
